Hello SIR Pickleball Group members,

Our group has grown considerably at last week’s SIR lunch meeting. We are now 15 members (including me).

According to SIR rules, I understand that we need to hold regularly scheduled meetings in order to be “approved” and having them posted online. Having looked at the schedule of other activities in the SIR calendar and taken into consideration the days on which some of you are unavailable, Tuesday mornings seem to be the best option. More specifically, I was thinking of the first Tuesday of every month at 10 am. So, I went ahead and reserved 3 courts for Tuesday, May 5, 10:00 am to 11:00 am, at the Rancho Arbolitos located at 14343 Silverset Street in Poway. The cost is $15 per hour per court. So, if we play 4 per court for one hour, it would be a little less than $4 per person.

Please let me know whether you plan to make it on May 5^th. If we don’t have enough players to fill all 3 courts, I will cancel 1 or 2 of them.

If you absolutely would love to play pickleball with this group and you absolutely cannot make the first Tuesday of every month at 10 am, please let me know.

If you have better ideas for where to play, I am open to suggestions.

And if you no longer wish to be included in this email group list, please let me know, and I’ll remove your name from the list.
